Most of the time, clients find themselves coming back a couple of times a week, but sometimes it is only necessary to come once a week. It can depend on the situation. It is most important that the client connects with the therapist in order for this to be most successful.

This can take time in some cases. It will depend on what they have been through in their lives. In some cases, it the client will have been through a lot of trauma and they will have trust issues. They may not even realize why they have issues with trust. Analysts are well trained to know how to deal with the person who is less expressive. There are various methods and techniques available.
