Pursue an enthusiastic and full life. Avoid isolating yourself and seek to build a support network around you. Take advantage of waivers and incentives from organizations or governments. This is the exposure that will improve the quality of your life and enable you actualize your potential.

Develop a realistic lifestyle that will help you keep away from negative thoughts. This could include maintaining your hobbies and friends. Be more practical and realistic about the decisions and choices you make but always push your limits to see how far you can go.
