There are some disadvantages that employees get when they are in a company. One of them is poor working conditions. This is where the working environment is not suitable. They may be faced with some challenges. If a company is producing some chemicals, the workers should be provided some protective gear. When this is not observed, then they might end up contacting some diseases. This will demonstrate that the environment is not suitable for them.

The other one is the retirement account. This is another kind whereby they shall be shown on ways of saving for their future as well as their dependents. They will be deducted a certain amount from their pay wages which will be summing up at the end of each month. At the time when they retire, they will find out that they will be having enough money which will sustain them for a very long time.

They shall also very advantageous since they are tax exceptional. This means that the same way they left their money shall be the same way they might find it at a future date. This might be an advantage too on the side of the worker.

The only disadvantage is that they seem a bit hard to manage. They will require a lot of effort in managing them. Employers are advised not to exploit them but rather to show them how to take initiatives to start an activity on their own.

The other disadvantage that they ace is if their bosses are demanding or non-appreciative. A worker may devote themselves to work their best for the well-being of their companies. They will really need some motivation from the people above them. If this people then find it very hard to congratulate them, they will find out that one will not be willing to do so much to the place. They may conduct some shady work for the sake of it. Bosses should learn to motivate the juniors even if it is a word such as well done. It will greatly improve the output of the person as well as others.

It is stressful. This is most likely seen in a situation where there are deadlines for one to complete a specific activity. They may make them to work for so long without any rest. This may be due to the bosses being very demanding or rude if the task is not complete within a specified time line.

The doormat is easily pushed around. They are not very strong and may even be bullied. They are the new people in a team and consider themselves as naive people. They should be taught on ways of fighting oppression which will be a good deed to them.
