How Joe Strobele Revolutionized Real Estate

As more people moved into urban areas to look for more opportunities, urban spaces became congested and there was hardly any space left to build infrastructures. This is how the practice of building multiple story buildings came into place in order to work around the lack of construction lots. Seattle, however, passed a law that limited how much a lot could be developed upwards. Joe Strobele Seattle Washington helped to regain interest in real estate projects of growing into the trend of towering skyscrapers.

In 2004, Strobele co founded LEXAS companies. Its success grew progressively as it worked on high profile projects from large condominiums down to small apartments. A well known luxury condominium named ESCALA was developed by Strobele and found its way into being mentioned in a popular book with the setting in Seattle.

Often exceeding the confidence of his investors, Strobele grew a network of relationships that helped form his reputation of being a smart businessman. Before venturing out on his own, he used to lead the sourcing, development, management, and financing of some of the major projects he built under prominent real estate companies. With the advice of his mentors and superiors, he built his own empire and welcomed new challenges on his path.

Joe even has experience in Southern California and Nevada. Prior to working in real estate, he began his career in the banking industry where he also amassed a number of skills that he now applies to his own business. His disposition toward grabbing opportunities comes from starting out as an analyst and appraiser for properties when he first began engaging in the real estate business.

Adding to his list of achievements, Joe also became Captain of the U. S. Air Force and finished a Bachelor in electrical engineering plus a minor in applied math before pursuing his Masters related to real estate development. Currently, he is partnered with Midby companies.

Because both he and Midby had the same objectives, he realized that working together would help expedite the realization of their goals. Consequently, his practice of taking meaningful input from the ideas of his clients is also prioritized. Despite the range of projects he has worked on, he never disappointed in delivering quality.

Obviously, the real estate business took a beating when the legislation regarding the height cap was passed in Seattle. When it was repealed, however, it was obvious that the demand for towering structures never disappeared and was always there. Immediately, developers put forth ideas in building skyscrapers and other similar high profile projects that required upward developments on the property.

Even with the rising demand and the ensuing competition from other developers, Strobele insisted on maintaining the quality of his projects even if it meant allotting more resources into them. He made sure that different services were offered inside the structures he helped develop. To enhance the quality of life of his clients, gyms, restaurants, and shops were also accommodated in the area.

These helped him to reinforce his principle that structures must remain relevant and functional on top of a cutting edge design. The skyscrapers he helped construct reflected the height of his ambition and determination. After all that he was able to accomplish, an important thing that people can learn from his attitude toward work is how he puts quality above all.
